After you book your package, you’ll be able to choose a convenient 1-hour delivery window based on our availability. We will send you reminders by both email and text—so you won’t miss a thing! We will prompt you when it’s time to pick your delivery slot, and we will even send you a heads-up text when we are on the way. Just leave the scheduling to us—we’ve got it covered!

How Delivery Works
Within 7 days of your Rental, you can request a Delivery time. Visit THIS PAGE to pay for your Damage Deposit first which will then allow you to book your Delivery time.
After paying for your pre-authorization for the Damage Deposit, it will redirect you to a page. Here you will see all of our available Delivery times so choose a time that works for you!
If you don’t see a time that works, let us know and we will see if we can accommodate you!

We will send both email and text reminders along with a simple button to reschedule if the time no longer works.
We will arrive within your desired one hour window, and deliver your entire order! Service with a smile! 🙂

Therefore no hidden fees or surprise charges. Just choose your delivery time, and we will bring everything right to your door—simple, stress-free, and included in the price.

We offer convenient delivery windows throughout the week:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
You will choose a 1-hour delivery window within these timeframes based on our availability. Whether you prefer an evening drop-off during the week or a weekend delivery, we’ve got options to fit your busy schedule!
